Able Hay Fever Blend 是柠檬、胡伍德、薄荷、松树、薰衣草和丝柏的纯精油混合物。配方有助于缓解花粉热症状。
方向
只需在超声波扩散器中加入 2-5 滴精油即可。
油温器：在油温器中的水中加入 3-4 滴精油。
沐浴：在自来水中加入 3-4 滴精油。
按摩：只需在基础油中加入几滴精油，然后轻轻按摩皮肤。
在皮肤上：精油是浓缩的，使用前必须用载体油（如甜杏仁油）稀释或分散在沐浴水中。切勿将未稀释的精油直接涂抹在皮肤上。使用前务必先在一小块皮肤上进行测试。如果出现刺激，请停止使用。有些油具有光敏性，因此在暴露于紫外线之前 24 小时内不应以任何方式在皮肤上使用 - 如果暴露可能会导致灼伤或刺激。
