How to Use:
Use twice a day when needed for arthritic joints, or sore or tight muscles. For skin disorders, apply to the affected area. Just spray and let it absorb naturally. Contains:
Approximately 85mg pure magnesium per ml. Contains between 35% and 45% Magnesium Chloride (naturally sourced, levels may vary seasonally), 3% magnesium sulfate, and the rest is an aqueous solution of minerals including zinc, iron, copper, and calcium.
