How to Use Karma Rub:
- For localized application: Apply 4 drops to cover areas like a foot, the lower back, or both hands. Smear onto the skin and allow it to soak in.
- In a warm bath: Add approximately 1/4 cup of Karma Rub to your bathwater and soak for as long as desired.
- For body massage: Mix about 1 teaspoon of Karma Rub with 1 tablespoon of your preferred body butter or carrier oil and massage as desired.
- For relaxation: Rub 4 drops onto the soles of your feet and your lower back about 10 minutes before bed.
- To help ease tension: Apply 2 drops to your temples and neck to soften the skin and help ease feelings of tension.
Karma Rub does not typically stain clothes. If a fine white layer of salt is visible on the skin after about 10 minutes, this is normal and can be simply wiped away with a damp cloth; the magnesium will have already been absorbed.

- A tingling sensation may be experienced on initial use, which usually lessens with continued application. Dilute with a carrier oil if preferred.
