Bodichek Hot/Cold Wheat Pack Long Narrow Assorted Colours
The Bodichek hot/cold wheat pack offers versatile pain management for acute and chronic injuries. Made from premium Australian wheat, it conforms easily to the body's contours, providing hot or cold therapy for various conditions including aches, pains, injuries, arthritis, migraines, and burns.

Instructions for Heating:
- Flatten wheat pack on microwave turntable.
- Heat according to microwave power and time guidelines.
- Allow to cool and remove carefully from microwave using a towel.
- DO NOT reheat until completely cooled.
Instructions for Cooling:
- Insert Wheat Pack into a plastic bag and place in the freezer for two hours.
- Remove from the plastic bag prior to application.
Storage:
Store in a cool, clean environment, ideally sealed in a plastic container or bag in the freezer. Do not wash or wet the wheat pack.
Warnings:
- Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
- Do not overheat or use under bedding. Do not place inside fabric or clothing.
- Dispose of when worn out or shows signs of burning or degradation.
- Supervise children and use with caution to avoid burns.
- Not recommended for individuals with reduced awareness of temperature or feeling in their skin.
