Store Pickup
Store Pickup is a FREE delivery service that allows you to place an order in online store, it is then prepared to be collected at your chosen pharmacy.
Process of Store Pickup:
- Place an order in online store.
- Select store pickup.
- Choose a store for collection.
- Wait for a “Order is ready for pickup” email. (It may require for 1-3 working days)
- Collect your order from your chosen pharmacy with photographic ID and print out your confirmation email which contains your order number.
Store Pickup is only available for order placed in online store. Any order placed online will be dispatched from warehouse and may require 1-3 working days. If a customer finds the same online item in-store, the in-store price may be different.
For security reasons, you must bring photographic ID and print out your confirmation email which contains your order number and bring it along when collecting your order.
Orders will be kept for up to 14 days from the time you receive your initial collection email. A storage fee (of $10/day) may be applied after 14 days.
