Active Ingredients
Per sachet:
- Paracetamol 1000mg (pain relief and fever reduction)
- Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 12.2mg (nasal decongestant)
- Guaifenesin 200mg (expectorant to clear chest congestion)
How to Use
Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug and fill with hot (not boiling) water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add sugar, honey or your preferred sweetener if desired.
Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet every 4-6 hours as needed. Maximum 4 sachets in 24 hours.
Important Safety Information
Do not use:
- In children 12 years and under
- For more than a few days (adults) or 48 hours (children over 12) unless advised by a doctor
- With other paracetamol-containing products
- With other cold and flu medicines
Consult your doctor before use if you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have high blood pressure or heart problems
- Are taking anti-depressant medication
