Start by applying the cream to the sensitive area and gently massage it in to relieve muscle pain – and then get back to your day feeling your best. Use two to four times per day. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine.

Usage Directions
Adults – Apply approx. ½ teaspoon or 2.5 g of cream to the affected area, 2-4 times daily.
