Hydralyte Electrolyte Ice Blocks Orange 16 Pack
Orange flavored Hydralyte ice blocks help relieve symptoms of dehydration. They also help replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, and occasional hangovers. Signs of mild dehydration include a sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, and dark yellow urine.
When suffering from nausea, sucking slowly on the frozen ice blocks makes it easier to rehydrate. Hydralyte Ice Blocks are an innovative way to let children think of them more as a frozen treat rather than a medicine. They can be given to children on hot days and consumed to restore lost fluid as a result of the diuretic effect of alcohol and are best taken before you go to bed.
Some signs of dehydration include but are not limited to:
- Vomiting and diarrhea.
- Heat.

- Vigorous exercise.
- Heavy sweating.
