Directions for Use & Sun Safety:
- Apply generously and evenly to clean, dry skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.
- For adults, use at least one teaspoon (5ml) of sunscreen for each arm, leg, front of the body, back of the body, and face (including neck and ears). This totals 35ml for a full body application.
- Cancer Council recommends reapplying every 2 hours, or more frequently after swimming, heavy perspiration, or towel drying.
- Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection. Avoid prolonged high-risk sun exposure.
- Always wear protective clothing, a broad-brimmed hat, and sunglasses when exposed to the sun.
