Directions for Use & Sun Safety:
- Apply liberally and evenly to clean, dry skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.
- For an average-sized adult, apply approximately 35mL for a full body application. This is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sunscreen for each arm, leg, front of body, back of body, and face (including neck and ears).
- Cancer Council recommends reapplying every 2 hours to maintain protection.
- Reapply more frequently after heavy perspiration. If swimming or towel drying, use a water-resistant sunscreen.
- Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection. Avoid prolonged high-risk sun exposure and always wear protective clothing, a broad-brim hat, and sunglasses when out in the sun.
