Regular use of Hamilton Active Family SPF 50+ sunscreen may reduce the risk of some skin cancers and can aid in the prevention of premature skin ageing.
Active Ingredients (w/w):
- Octyl Salicylate 5%
- Homosalate 10%
- Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane 4%
- Octocrylene 8%
Directions for Use & Sun Safety:
- Apply lotion liberally and evenly to clean, dry skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.
- For an average-sized adult, use at least one teaspoon (5ml) of sunscreen for each arm, leg, front of the body, back of the body, and face (including neck and ears). This totals 35ml for a full body application.
- To ensure adequate protection, it is recommended all sunscreens be re-applied every 2 hours or more frequently after swimming, heavy perspiration, or towel drying.
- Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection. Avoid prolonged high-risk sun exposure and always wear protective clothing, a broad-brimmed hat, and sunglasses when out in the sun.
