Description:
Panadol Children 3+ Years Cherry flavoured Chewable Tablets is for effective temporary relief of fever and pain associated with immunisation, earache, headache, cold & flu symptoms.
Chewable tablets do not require water and will dissolve in the mouth, making it easy to use when travelling. These paracetamol tablets are sugar free and gentle to little stomachs.
Ingredients:
Each tablet contains Paracetamol 120mg.
Saccharin, 6.4g of mannitol per 20 tablets (which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea).
No preservatives, aspirin, lactose, or gluten

Usage directions:
Place tablet in mouth, and either chew or leave to dissolve in the mouth.
Measure the correct dose based on the dosage below:
Calculate the correct dose based on the child's weight. If weight is unknown, use the child's age.
Age: 3 - 6 years Average Weight: 14 - 20kg Dose: 2 tablets (max 8 in 24 hrs).
Age: 6 - 9 years Average Weight: 20 - 28kg Dose: 3 tablets (max 12 in 24 hrs).
Age: 9 - 11 years Average Weight: 28 - 36kg Dose: 4 tablets (max 16 in 24 hrs).
Age: 11 - 12 years Average Weight: 36 - 41kg Dose: 5 tablets (max 20 in 24 hrs).
Repeat 4 - 6 hourly if required (maximum 4 times within 24 hours).
Taste is improved if the tablet is not chewed but simply dissolved in the mouth
Storage:
Store below 30ºC. Protect from moisture. Do not refrigerate
Warnings:
Use as directed, always read the label. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, please contact your healthcare professional.
Do not use if your child is using other medicines containing paracetamol, do not take this medicine for more than 48 hours at a time unless advised by a doctor. if you are allergic to paracetamol, Do not use if expiry date has passed, if any of the seals on the packaging are broken, until you have read the enclosed leaflet carefully.
Ask a doctor before use: if your child any kidney or liver problems, weighs less than 14kg or more than 41kgs. Stop and see a doctor immediately if your child has an allergic skin reaction, shortness of breath or wheezing after taking this medication.
Keep to the recommended dose. If an overdose is taken or suspected. stop use and ring the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26. New Zealand 0800 764 766) or go to a hospital straight away even if you feel well because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.
Contains saccharin and 6.4g of maltitol per 20 tablets. Products containing maltitol may have laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
